Welcome to Pepper + Wild! I am Pepper, the proud ‘farmher’ behind this small homestead located in Galesburg, Michigan. Acquiring this untamed parcel of land has been the most rewarding decision of my life. When I first laid eyes on it, it was a jungle of wilderness, untouched and brimming with potential.

Our diverse community includes chickens, ducks, goats, dogs, cats, vibrant vegetable plots, enchanting flower gardens, and a landscape that is truly one-of-a-kind. Embracing a unique and independent approach to life has always been my style, and this rustic lifestyle resonates with me on a deep level. I’ve noticed that our way of life piques the curiosity of others, and the products we craft and share bring genuine happiness and fulfillment to those we connect with.

With a ‘wild’ spirit, we strive to harmonize with nature, achieve self-sufficiency, and foster compassionate connections within our community. Our mission is to inspire sustainable living practices, nurture the land, and promote a harmonious coexistence with all living beings.

As homesteaders, our values are rooted in creating a holistic system for small-scale production and focusing on self-sufficiency. We believe in living close to the land and taking responsibility for meeting most of our needs at home.

Unlike conventional consumerism, our values cannot be measured solely in monetary terms. Instead, we find value in the positive impact we make on the environment, our connection with the earth and nature, our relationships with each other, and our spiritual connection with God.

With a history of starting successful businesses and promoting other companies as a marketing nurse, I rediscovered my entrepreneurial spirit on our 20-acre farm. Encouraged by the positive response to our products and services, I am excited to share our offerings with our community through Pepper + Wild. This ‘wild’ spirit fuels my desire to embrace a path of independence and creativity.
